I look forward to integrating my human capital research and applying engaged scholarship into the classroom, such as introducing current research, innovative teaching methods, and real-life managerial practices. In addition to continuing to teach courses on OB, OD and SHRM, I am excited by the opportunity to teach courses in Leadership (Personal and Organizational) specially through mindfulness.

Leading People through the Future of Work (LPFW)
This is my elective course offered for PGP cohorts, both at Hyderabad and Mohali. Using case studies and intense debate and discussion, this elective prepares students to anticipate the future work, workforce and workspaces and prepare to be future-ready as people leaders.
Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM)
In this elective students get to understand how integrated HRM and talent systems drive business strategy.
Management of Teams & Organizations (MGTO)
This core course involves topics like: (i) Power, Influence and Politics, (ii) Change Management, (iii) Networking, (iv) Organization Culture and (v) Systems perspectives on leadership.
Managing & Developing Human Capital (MDHC)
This credit course is for the MBA students of the Management of Family Business Program (MFAB) .The main learning objective here is to equip the small family business leaders with skills and perspectives to handle the foundations of human capital management like recruitment, compensation, performance management, training and employee engagement.
Effective People Management Skills (EPMS)
This is a course on Effective People Management Skills offered to students of the PGP- Pro program which is aimed at mid-career professionals (taught during weekends). The aim here is to renew the people skills of managers.
Change Management (AMPMO)
This course is about change management for the students of Advanced Management Programme for Manufacturing and Operations. The aim here is to appreciate, experience and understand the fundamental concepts of change management strategy and theory.
